By using HomeServicesCost ("the site"), you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Zoom Lifestyle LLC ("we," "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.
Use of the site
HomeServicesCost provides cost estimates and reference information for home services in the United States. The site is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of our cost data, methodology, or calculator logic without written permission.
No contractor relationship
We are not a contractor, contractor referral service, or contractor verification service. The site provides cost reference data only. We do not vet, endorse, or accept liability for any contractor listed on partner networks (Angi, HomeAdvisor, Networx, etc.) reached via links from our site.
Accuracy disclaimer
All cost figures are estimates based on regional averages and may not reflect the actual cost of any specific project. Final project cost depends on factors we cannot predict, including: contractor pricing, scope changes during project, hidden conditions discovered during work, material price volatility, local permit requirements, and site-specific access challenges.
